'Tis the Season

Tis the Season for our brand new holiday white tea blend, also featured in our new Holiday Collection! With an exceptionally cheery aromatic bouquet of cinnamon, hibiscus, and tangerine on the nose, this blend is sure to put you in a festive spirit for the holidays, whatever you might celebrate. The first infusion greets the pallet with the warm notes of cinnamon and citrus at the front, while the pleasant tartness of hibiscus mingles with the subtle rounded floral notes of the white tea at the back. The second infusion rounds itself out, bringing forth a spiced fruitiness that’s reminiscent of a spiced cider or mulled wine!

If you’re looking for a crisp, refreshing virgin spritzer, try cooling down your first brew in the fridge and tossing in a few ice cubes! The chill brings out the sweet tartness of the hibiscus and tangerine, which mingles nicely with the cinnamon.

Alternatively, you can try out this tea in a hot “tot-tea,” blending your hot infusions with a splash of spiced rum!

We recommend brewing this blend at 208 degrees for 4 minutes on the first infusion and 7 minutes on the second.
