Looking for a whimsical blue herbal infusion that's calming and caffeine-free? Don't Settle for less than the best! Our new herbal infusion combines our blue butterfly pea flowers with our farm-grown ginger and lemongrass to create a soothing blend that settles the stomach and calms the nerves. With a stunning blue color and notes of earthiness, zest, and tang, Settle is a lovely option for an after-dinner infusion or iced on a hot summer's day! You can even add lemon or honey to compliment the notes of the tea. 

Curious for a taste? Try our sample size bag, which comes ready to steep in a single tea sachet, or pick up a 12 cup bag included in our Blue Tea Collection. Steep 2-3 grams of tea (or one sachet) per 6-8 ounces of 208 degree water for 5-7 minutes. Re-use leaves for 1-2 successive 7 minute steeps. 

Discard tea leaves within 12-24 hours. 

Please note:  All orders that include Hawaii Farm Grown Tea are shipped once per week on Thursdays. If you live on Hawaii Island 🌴 you may select Pick up to avoid shipping charges.  Orders placed by noon Thursday will be available for pickup on Saturday's at our farmer's market booth, or throughout the week at our new retail location on the Old Mamalahoa Highway, the Farmstand at Onomea Bay!
