At Ancient Leaf Tea, we're launching some exclusive new small-group events. The first of these is Tea & Tranquility!
Tea & Tranquility is a guided journey of gentle movement, breathwork, mindful walking, meditation, and a soothing sound bath, all set among the vibrant tea fields at Ancient Leaf Tea. The experience concludes with a cup of handcrafted, farm-grown tea, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and fully present in the moment.
