Make a Simple Syrup Concentrate

Perfect for lemonades, desserts, mocktails, and cocktails!

Dissolve 3 cups of sugar in 6 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add the package of lemongrass and simmer for 10 minutes.
Let stand 30–60 minutes to infuse a stronger flavor, then strain and cool.
Use 1.5 cups of concentrate to sweeten 64 oz of prepared lemonade.

💡 Farm Tip: Store your concentrate in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Try drizzling it over vanilla ice cream, or use it as the base for a refreshing mocktail or cocktail!

Steeping Instructions

Place 1 wreath (or 1 Tbsp coarse cut) in a 12–16 oz mug. Pour 212°F water over and steep for 10–15 minutes. Remove with a fork and enjoy! Our staff loves adding a dollop of local honey or a squeeze of lemon.
