This cooking/culinary grade Matcha has a stronger tea flavor than a drinking or specialty ceremonial grade. This allows the Matcha flavor to shine though even if mixed with other ingredients. Although most would consider this too strong/astringent for a stand alone drink, this grade is best suited for making Matcha flavored desserts and beverages such as cookies, cakes, and GREEN smoothies.
