And hereโs what makes Island Breeze truly one of a kind: we grow a rare double-petaled varietal of butterfly pea on our farm that blooms in stunning purple rather than the typical blue. โ Steeping Instructions
Use 1ยฝ tsp (or one sachet) per 6โ8 oz. of water at 208ยฐF. Steep 3โ4 minutes. Re-steep leaves for successive 4-minute infusions โ each one a new experience. Discard leaves within 12โ24 hours.
