☕ Steeping Instructions
Use 5–7 dried flowers per 8 oz. of water just below boiling (212°F). Steep 7–9 minutes. Enjoy hot or over ice — and don't forget that squeeze of lemon for the color-changing wow factor!
Each bag makes 12–20 cups (single infusion) or ½ gallon of lemonade.
Ingredients: 5 cups filtered water (divided) · 1 cup sugar · 1 packet dried butterfly pea flowers · 1 cup fresh lemon juice
Make the syrup: Simmer 3 cups water + sugar + flowers for 10 min. Strain and cool. Make the lemonade: Mix lemon juice + remaining 2 cups water. Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour in blue syrup halfway, then slowly pour lemon mixture on top. Watch the magic happen — blue turns pink! Stir and enjoy. 🎉
